Chicken 1Kg
Wheat 1/2 kg
Oil 1 cup
Gram lentils 1 cup ( boiled)
Onions 3 chopped
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spices powder 1tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Soda Bi Carbonate 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
Oil 2 cups
Onions 3 chopped
For serving:
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch chopped
Lemons 8
Green chilies 10 chopped
Cumin powder 2tbsp roasted
All spices powder 2tbsp
Ginger 4tbsp chopped

Method

Wash chicken and boil chicken with 3 cups of water on medium flame .Add 1 cup oil,1 tsp turmeric,1 tsp red chili powder, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp all spice powder and 3 chopped onion.When the water dries,add 1/2 cup yogurt and cook it.Wash and soak wheat in water for 3 to 4 hours and cook it in fresh water.Now add 2 tbsp oil and keep on stirring it with wooden spoon.Now add 1/2 tsp soda bi carbonate and cook it.Add chicken with 2 cups water and cook till everything combines together.Blend boiled gram lentil and add it in the chicken mixture.Cook it for 15 minutes.Now add chopped green coriander,mint leaves,lemon,green chili and cumin seeds, all spice powder and chopped ginger.Simmer it and in the end, heat 2 cups of oil and add chopped onions, golden brown it and add it in haleem.Now serve it.....

  • Vinegar 2tbsp 
  • Salt to taste

 Directions:

Ingredients:
  • 2 Glass Milk
  • 1 Mango chunk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • Half cup Cream
  • Some Almonds
  • Ice Cream
Method:
Take a blender jar and add Milk,Mango chunk,Sugar and blend until smooth and creamy and there are no mango chunks in it.Then add Cream in it and blend it again.Pour preparing into serving glass, garnish with crushed almonds and scoop of ice cream and serve.

Pizza is a savory dish of Italian origin, consisting of a usually round, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and various other ingredients (anchovies, olives, meat, etc.) baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven. In formal settings, like a restaurant, pizza is eaten with knife and fork, but in casual settings it is cut into wedges to be eaten while held in the hand. Small pizzas are sometimes called pizzettas.
The term pizza was first recorded in the 10th century in a Latin manuscript from the Southern Italian town of Gaeta in Lazio, on the border with Campania. Modern pizza was invented in Naples, and the dish and its variants have since become popular in many countries. Today it is one of the most popular foods in the world and a common fast food item in Europe and North America, available at pizzerias (restaurants specializing in pizza), restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine, and via pizza delivery. Pizza Sauce Ingredients:
  • Tomato 4 
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp 
  • Salt 1/2 tsp 
  • Button Red Chili 1 tbsp (Crushed) 
  • Oil 3 tbsp 
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp 
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp 
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp 
  • Boiled for 4 minutes
Pizza Sauce Recipe: Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe 2019

Topping Ingredients:

  • Pizza Sauce as you Required 
  • Grilled Chicken Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 
  • Olives Onion (Chopped) 
  • Capsicum (Chopped) 
  • Tomato (Chopped) 
  • Oregano and Thyme
Method:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise.

Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and heat it and then add Boneless Chicken and fry it until it’s color changed. After that add Salt and stir it and then add Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder and stir it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes. After that your chicken is ready.

Step 3: Now take tawa and preheat it on medium flame.

Step 4: Now take pizza dough and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and then rolling it. Now take a pan and grease it with oil and then place this dough and set it well and then Fork it and then spread pizza sauce and then sprinkle some cheese and then place chicken and then cover it with cheese and then place Capsicum (Optional), onion, tomato, olives and bake it into preheated pot for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that you chicken cheese lover pizza is ready.

Oven Users: Preheat for 20 to 30 minutes on 200c to 250c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c to 250c.

Dough Ingredients:

  • Plain Flour 2 Cups 
  • Melted Butter 4 tbsp 
  • Milk Powder 2 tbsp 
  • Warm Milk as You Required 
  • Powder Sugar 1 tsp 
  • Salt 1/2 tsp 
  • Instant Yeast 1 tsp

Chicken Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 1 Cup 
  • Oil 1 tbsp 
  • Salt 1/2 tsp 
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp 
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

Topping Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella Cheese 100 gms
  • Cheddar Cheese 100 gms
  • Pizza Sauce as you required 
  • Oregano as you required 
  • Crushed Button Red Chili as you required 
  • Capsicum (Optional)

Method:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Homemade Frozen Chicken Fingers 2019

Chicken fingers, also known as chicken tenders, chicken goujons, chicken strips or chicken fillets, are chicken meat prepared from the pectoralis minor muscles of the animal. These strips of white meat are located on either side of the breastbone, under the breast meat, sometimes just pulverized chicken flesh.They may also be made with similarly shaped pieces cut from chicken meat, usually the breast.
Chicken Fingers were first made and named by the owners/operators of Spanky's in Savannah, Georgia. One of the original owners, Ansley Williams, continues to operate Spanky's today and it is known as the Home of the Original Chicken Finger.

Frozen Chicken Fingers


Time: 40 to 45 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients:

For Chicken Fingers:
  • Chicken Tenders- 2 pounds
  •  Egg Whites- of 2 large eggs 
  • Corn flakes – 2 cups 
  • Whole wheat Melba toast – 2 ounces
  •  Parmesan, finely grated – 1/3 cup 
  • Parsley, finely chopped- 1 tbsp 
  • Sweet Paprika- ½ tsp 
  • Salt to taste
 For Red Pepper –Basil Dipping Sauce:
  •  2% Greek Yogurt- ½ cup 
  • Fresh Basil, chopped- 2 tablespoons 
  • Roasted Red Pepper, chopped- 2 tablespoons 
  • White Wine Vinegar- ½ tsp 
  • Garlic clove, grated- 1 
  • Salt to taste

Method:

1: Take a large re-seal-able bag and add the corn flakes, the Melba toast, Parmesan, paprika, half a teaspoon of salt and parsley to it. Crush the contents into a coarse meal using a rolling pin or the bottom of a skillet. Transfer the rushed contents into a shallow dish. 
2: Take a shallow dish and add the egg whites and 2 tablespoons of water to it. Whisk it well.
3: Dip the chicken tenders in the whisked egg whites. Shake off the pieces to remove the excess liquid. Coat the pieces with crushed mixture thoroughly and bake immediately or refrigerate it for an hour before baking. 
4: If you want to cook it at a later point, arrange the coated chicken tenders in a baking sheets and freeze it for 1 or 2 hours till it turns hard. Then transfer it into a re-seal-able bag and freeze it for maximum 1 month. 
5: To bake the coated chicken tenders, preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Place the baking sheet on a baking rack and liberally spray it with cooking spray. Use the cooking spray over the fresh or frozen coated chicken tenders. Arrange them on the baking rack and bake them for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway, until the outer coating turns golden and gets a crispy texture. 
6: To prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Add one tablespoon water to it and mix well. Wrap it and refrigerate until it is ready to be served.

Chicken Nuggets At Home


Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless Chopped 1/2 kg
  • Oil for deep frying as required
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • Plain flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • 1 Egg

Method:
Add chicken pieces in a pot .
Add garlic paste,black pepper and salt in it.
Also add onion in it and mix well.
Add this meat mixture in chopper to mince it.
Put in fridge for a while.
Make small nuggets shaped from the meat.
Coat them in plain flour.
Beat an egg.
Dip in egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
Heat some oil in a pan.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan (work in batches if needed) and brown on each side, about 8 minutes total. 
Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to a paper-towel-lined plate. Salt while hot and serve.

How To Make Rasmalai At Home 2019

Rasmalai, also known as Rossomalai, is a dessert originating from the Bengal region in the eastern part of the Indian subcontinent. The name ras-malai is the Hindi cognate which comes from two words in Bengali: rōś, meaning "juice", and mālāi, meaning "cream."
It has been described as "a rich cheesecake without a crust". The sweet is of Bengali origin; according to K.C. Das Grandsons, it was invented by K.C. Das. The Angoori Ras Malai is a modern variation of Rasmalai popular Bengali sweet dish. In this dessert, the paneer or whey is made into small round balls the size of grapes (that is why the name Angoori).

Delicious Rasmalai At Home

Ingredients:

  • Milk powder 1 cup ( Nido or any full cream powder milk)
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • 1 Egg

Ingredients For Milk Syrup: 

  • Fresh milk 1-1/2 kg
  • Sugar 6 tablespoons or to taste
  • Green cardamom 2 to 3

For Garnishing:

  • Pistachio 12 to 13 finely diced
  • Silver leaves 2 or 3

Method:

For Milk Syrup:
Boil milk and add cardamoms into the milk and cook on low flame until reduce to 1 kg.
Add sugar according to your taste and turn the flame lower and make rasmalai balls.

For Rasmalai:
In a large bowl add powdered milk with soda bicarb mix slightly by spoon.
Now make approx 9 to 10 balls quickly.
High the flame of milk and add all balls let cook to rise.
Keep the flame high to low and low to high till balls rises for 4 to 5 minutes.
Let cool and dish out  rasmalai sprinkle pistachio and decorate with silver paper.
Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours and serve.

Note: Avoid airy place while kneading dough otherwise dough will become dry and hard.
Immediately add rasmalai balls into milk.
Do not put rasmalai balls on colored plastic or on newspaper etc to avoid color change.

Restaurant Style Chicken Tikka Masala 

 Here are some ingredients

Ingredients:


  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or cubed

Marinate:
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • salt
Sauce:
  • 1 onion finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 
  • salt 
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Method:

 Mix marinate ingredients together.Pour on chicken and stir to coat.Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Put the chicken pieces on a metal skewer and light your broiler( you may also grill them) and cook until the juices run clear nd the meat is blackened in places,turning occasionally.Remove from the skewers and set aside.

Heat the oil on medium heat and saute the onions jalapeno until soft.Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds,stirring constantly.

Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and spices and cook on medium to low flame.Add water if necessary to prevent sticking.When the ingredients are well blended and the sauce is fragrant and the chicken and cream.Heat through but do not boil.

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve over basmati rice .

Delicious Chicken Korma 


Ingredients:

  •  1 3/10 kg chicken pieces
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 onion 
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 4 cloves 
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • salt as desired

Method:

Clean and prepare your chicken by removing excess fat.
Blend ginger and garlic pastes,nuts and water until smooth.
Heat ghee.
Fry onions and then add cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,coriander powder,zeera powder,chili powder,garam masala and cumin seeds.Fry until they darken and sputter.
Add cashew, garlic mixture prepared previously and let cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Now add chicken mixing to ensure it is coated properly with spices.
Reduce heat , add salt and allow to cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Beat  the yogurt and add in small amounts on medium heat.
When chicken is tender and well cooked,stir in cream and cilantro.
Allow to simmer for a further 5 to 8 minutes.

Ingredients:

  •  4 chicken breasts cut into cube

MARINATE FOR CHICKEN:


  •  2 teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

SAUCE:


  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoon chopped ginger root 
  • 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • chopped green chilly
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon MSG
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of cornflour
  • 4 tablespoon of water

Directions



Marinate the chicken cubes with the ingredients for the marinade.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add ginger and garlic sweat it for a minute.
Add chicken and stir fry it for 5 to 8 minutes.
Take it off the flame and then put in the stock ,ketchup,sugar,Tabasco,green chili,MSG,salt,black pepper.
In a smell cup mix together the corn flour and water.
Put the wok back on the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the corn flour paste and cook for 2 minutes.
you can add a little red food color to brighten it up....

Here are some ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken ,cubed
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  •  2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 or 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2to3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons of desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon plain flour
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander

Directions:

Heat karahi on medium to high flame and add 1/4 cup oil .fry chicken ,stirring often for 3 minutes,and then remove to a bowl
In the same karahi add some oil if required then add onions on medium to high flame.Stir often until colored about 2 minutes.Lower flame to medium flame then add 1 to 2 tbsp water and then mix through.Add ginger garlic and stir for 1 minute.the mixture should be browning.
Add 1 tsp of the coarsely ground cumin seeds and stir for 30 seconds.Add chili powder and stir constantly until combined.Add few tbsp and stir for 30 seconds then add the tomatoes .Mix through  and then cover on medium flame for 5 minutes.Stir and then cover further 3 minutes.The tomatoes should be soft.
Add chicken and fix on high flame for 1 minute.Add the dried fenugreek and stir through.Add the sliced green chilies and fry for 1 minute.Stir through the black pepper powder then add the garam masala and cook 1 minute.Make sure to stir regularly so the mixture doesn't stick.Add the remaining 1/2 tsp of ground cumin seeds and stir to combine then reduce heat to medium to low flame.
Stir through the coconut and cook for 1 minute.Add the yogurt and stir slowly on medium to low flame for 2 minutes.Add the flour and mix well then cover for 5 or until chicken is cooked.
Uncover the dish and increase flame to high.Add the ginger and stir through the dish then add half of the coriander.Stir 1 to 2 minutes on high flame to dry any excess water.Garnished with a dollop of ghee over the top(. this is optional) and the remaining fresh coriander
Put the required amount of yogurt and cream in bowl before you start cooking so it is a room temperature when you have to add it to the chicken.It will blend through the dish easier...
