Crispy Fried Chicken For Ramadan Special Recipe 2019

Crispy fried chicken is a standard dish in the Cantonese cuisine of southern China and Hong Kong. The chicken is fried in such a way that the skin is extremely crunchy, but the white meat is relatively soft.Today i am sharing a delicious and easy recipe for Ramadan.

Crispy Fried Chicken For Ramadan

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Eggs 2
  • All purpose flour 3tbsp
  • Conflour 5tbsp 
  • Baking soda 1\2tsp 
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2tbsp 
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2tbsp 
  • Vinegar 2tbsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflakes as required

 Directions:
 Take a bowl and add chicken then mix all the ingredients together else cornflakes. Marinate for 1 hour Grind the cornflakes into powder form. Take a piece of chicken,roll in the cornflakes and deep fry. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chili sauce.
